FAQs

Delivery

  • How does postage work?
We use various couriers for our postage. As well as maximum courier coverage we have full private insurance which means your parcel is safe with us. Any card payments means the watch has to be posted to the billing address. The only way we can post elsewhere is if the payment is made by bank transfer.
  • Do you offer pick up or in-store collection?
If you'd like to collect your order from our store, please arrange an appointment with our customer service team at [email protected]
  • How long does postage take?
Postage can take up to 5 working days. For orders outside of the UK, please allow up to 10 working days.

Returns

  • Do watches come with a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty on all of our watches giving you total peace of mind when purchasing your watch.
  • How do I return my order?
Please go to the contact us page and select 'request a return'. Please fill out the form with your details and we will be in touch shortly thereafter.
  • How do i return my watch for repair?
In order to get your watch to us please post it to the following address via Royal Mail special delivery. Whilst at the post office, ask for maximum Royal Mail insurance for the parcel which is £2,500. Please note any packages that are sent to our store are also covered on our private insurance for the full value. Delivery address is as follows: PO Box 1141, Cardiff, CF11 1WU

General

  • Do you offer part exchange?
We do offer part exchange. Please go to 'part exchange' page which you'll find at the bottom of this page, and follow the instructions.
  • How much will you buy my watch for?
We will always offer top prices for your watches and jewellery. Go to our contact and select 'sell your watch' to send us details of your item. We'll be in touch with a valuation and next steps.
  • Are the watches serviced?
Yes. All watches are serviced to a high standard by pre-owned specialists prior to going on our website.
  • Do you service watches?
No. We just buy and sell watches, but if you need a watch serviced, we can put you in touch with the service centres we use.
  • How often does my watch need to be serviced?
We suggest a good interval for servicing is 4-5 years, although this is not always necessary depending on the condition of the watch. Obvious signs of service would be, however, damage, the loss of accuracy, or other signs of wear & tear.
  • How do I insure my watch?
We provide an insurance valuation certificate with all of our watches. You then contact your home insurance and provide them with the details of your certificate. If you don’t have a house, put it on your parents' home insurance.
  • Where do your watches come from?
Most of our watches come from trusted suppliers as well as we buy from the public. All watches regardless of where they come from are checked on the watch register and then sent straight to service centres where all necessary checks are run.
  • Are the watches waterproof?
It depends on the website description. If the website states the watch has been pressure tested, then it is watertight providing the crown is done up as tight as possible. We don’t recommend wearing them in showers or steam rooms. Also, we don't guarantee watches to be waterproof anymore after a certain age.
